Deep Roots Farm NY is a Certified Organic Vegetable Farm located in Copake NY, Serving family and restaurants throughout Westchester New York City and surrounding local areas in upstate NY. We are deeply passionate about providing Healthy Fresh foods to our customers. We believe that quality seeds and and starting compost mixed with clean transparent practices and the efforts of honest labor will result in the best quality foods for your family. We have pride in the the nutrient dense and diverse food we bring down the the markets and provide for wholesalers.



Deep Root Farm
What We Do
Deep Roots Farm NY grows on 50 acres in Copake, NY located in the Hudson Valley. We grow a diverse variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs and sell at two Westchester Farmers Markets (John Jay Homestead in Katonah) (TaSH Market in Tarrytown). We also have a Weekly CSA dropoff at multiple locations in Westchester and on the farm in Copake. The bulk of our produce can be found via the Farms2Tables App and you can find it in many locations throughout NYC, Westchester, Ulster, Rockland, and Columbia County. Check out our online store!

Our Practices
Deep Roots Farm NY is Certified Organic Farm providing quality organic fruits and vegetables. Also certified Real Organic Project which is a certification that we grow your food in soil the way it would be. We are proud to be transparent with our practices of little tillage. less interruption of the soils biology helps sustain life in the soil and powering us toward regenerative farming. knowing the importance of the life lives below the surface, and sustain that healthy soil with practices of continually cover cropping and crop rotation. We let our plants grow naturally and do minimal to no spraying. we lean toward more pre-amative measure of side dressing the soil with compost teas that will bring beneficial bacteria to the soil. these different practices are what contributes to our sustainably .Providing our food to 100 mile radius to keep it local is intern keeping our ecological footprint low. we are proud of how we do business. we live happy growing this way and caring for our earth and treating every day like Earth Day.
